Yes. The AeroSwing hydraulic door can be used on new or existing buildings.
The AeroSwing hydraulic door can be used on steel, concrete, post and frame, pole, semi permanent, non structural and Quonset buildings. If you have a different type of building, contact AeroDoor and we can discuss compatibility.

No. AeroSwing hydraulic doors do not include sheeting and insulation.
We can supply sheeting and insulation but these should be specified and agreed with your AeroDoor project manager.

The webbed truss is on the outside edge of the AeroSwing hydraulic door. Without the truss the door could droop or may collapse.
The truss can be fabricated to the inside-edge of the door if you prefer, giving the outside of your hydraulic door unobstructed appeal (Recommended if you'll be using snow ploughs).
This needs to be specified and agreed with your AeroDoor project manager prior to manufacturing.

Most other hydraulic door manufacturers cannot deliver a door in one-piece because of transportation stipulations. Their doors arrive in multiple pieces and then the customer must assemble the door before installation can begin.
AeroDoors one-piece hydraulic door arrives in one-piece so the customer doesn't have to assemble the door, in fact the door even has the hydraulic cylinders, hoses and door seals pre-installed too. So all the customer has to do is fix the door to their building and hook up the hydraulic pump system.

The hydraulic unit (pump, power and actuator) should only be mounted inside your building in a dry and cool place, no more than 6 feet away from the door. The hydraulic unit should be wall mounted using the mounting bracket supplied.
If you would like to install the hydraulic unit in another place please alert your AeroDoor project manager so additional hydraulic hoses can be prepared.
